Dezyat-thicë Fêqê (/ˈθɪdɪ/ /ˈʃicë/ [consistent; compatible] [storm]) is a temperate Town located in the Jajëhifitë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Dezyat-thicë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dezyat-thicë Fêqê was founded by Shêrênm Trîg̈g̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 18°C (64°F). Dezyat-thicë Fêqê receives an average of 254 cm/y (99 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Dezyat-thicë Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3302 m (10833 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1326, by Shêrênm Trîg̈g̈. The establishment of Dezyat-thicë Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dezyat-thicë Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of premissive paverstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Dezyat-thicë Fêqê's frontieer-style defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Dezyat-thicë Fêqê. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.

Dezyat-thicë Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Dezyat-thicë Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Dezyat-thicë Fêqê's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is short in Dezyat-thicë Fêqê.
The Goldpebble near Dezyat-thicë Fêqê are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Dezyat-thicë Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves ritual combat to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 1 via guttural bellowing.
